SECTION 1 – BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course date, either at the time of booking or on receipt of invoice. Infinity AI Learning may reallocate a delegate’s place if payment is not received by the deadline. Where fees remain outstanding, payment may be requested on the day before participation is permitted.
Late payments may incur interest at 5% per calendar month (or part thereof) from the due date until payment is received in full. Prices listed on our website or in marketing materials are correct at the time of publication and valid for 60 days. Prices may be amended at any time. Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional cost. If a delegate cancels or reschedules, Infinity AI Learning reserves the right to charge 100% of the course fee.
SECTION 2 – TRAINING DELIVERY, COMPLAINTS & USE OF MATERIALS
Training is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute business, professional, legal, or technical advice. Infinity AI Learning is not responsible for actions taken or losses incurred as a result of training content or materials.
Any concerns about course quality, trainer performance, or content must be raised on the day of training so we can address them immediately. Complaints made after the event, without an on-the-day notification, will not be eligible for refunds or compensation. Failure to raise an issue on the day will be taken as confirmation that the training was delivered satisfactorily, and Infinity AI Learning reserves the right to reject any refund or compensation requests not reported at the time.
SECTION 3 – BRAND USAGE, LEGAL & GENERAL TERMS
By booking with Infinity AI Learning, you grant permission for your company name and/or logo to be used in our marketing materials, client lists, and website solely to showcase organisations we work with. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
